Reformer

A small group reformer class of up to 4 students using the spring coil resistance of the Pilates Reformer. Arms, legs, buns and abs are toned and strengthened while muscles are lengthened. The instructor will review the essential exercises and Pilates principles while introducing new moves with slightly more repetition.

For Reformer classes, please make sure to book ahead of time.  We have 4 Reformers so it is on a first come, first serve basis.  If you must cancel, please make sure to do so 12 hours prior so that another client can book. Please refer to FAQ page for further details.
